Hi, I’m Sophie. And I like to get things (sh*t) done.

My background extends far beyond the world of operations. After attending George Washington University for psychology, thinking I was going to save the world at a non-profit, and considering a lifetime in academia; I made one deciding realization: 

The pace was too slow. 

After working in every aspect of the restaurant business throughout high-school and college, I made the decision to transition back to hospitality. I took the job of Assistant Manager of Marketing at SoulCycle—the first position of its kind. 

That move uncovered the thing I love most about a career: Running a business.

Finding problems, creating systems and processes, managing a team, and ultimately driving a business forward—solving problems is something I get excited about. Over the next few years I oversaw the expansion of SoulCycle and sweetgreen, launching new markets up and down the East Coast. 

I worked to streamline operations, introduced hospitality training to employees, developed business partnerships with national brands, and helped enhance company culture and morale.

Today, I help hospitality business owners scale their operations and brand.

I drive strategy, seeking to create the biggest impact across multiple locations and markets. I look critically at each aspect of a business, tying esthetics, experience, and processes back to the company’s brand identity.
